Preparation mode:

  • Drain the three cans of Tuny® Yellowfin Tuna Flakes in water and oil, set aside.
  • In a pan, heat the oil and sauté all ingredients. Once golden, add the achiote.
  • Then, add the tuna.
  • Lay out the crepe and place two tablespoons of filling inside, then fold in the desired shape.

Ingredients:

For 5 crepes 5 crepe sheets, Filling 3 cans Tuny® Yellowfin Tuna Flakes in water and oil, 2 tbsp oil, 2 garlic cloves, chopped, 1 tbsp achiote, 1 cup white onion, 1 cup red bell pepper, Salt, 1 tbsp parsley, Pepper to taste
