Ingredientes:

4 cans Chunk light Tuna in Oil Tuny® (5 oz each), 8 corn or flour tortillas, ½ cup finely minced red onion, 1 large tomato, diced, ½ cup shredded lettuce, ½ cup grated carrot, ½ cup corn kernels (optional), 6 to 8 sliced black olives (optional), 2 Tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (optional), Juice of ½ lime, Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish, Salt and pepper (to taste), Salsa or pico de gallo (to taste)

Modo de preparación:

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise (if using), tomato, onion, carrot, corn, and olives. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Warm the Tortillas: Heat the tortillas on a griddle (comal) or in a skillet.
  3. Assemble the Tacos: Place a portion of the tuna mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Finish and Top: Top with shredded lettuce and a little salsa or pico de gallo.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves before serving.
