Preparation mode:

  • Rinse the rice several times until the water runs clear.
  • Drain and let sit for 1 hour.
  • Cook the rice: 7 minutes on medium heat, 7 minutes on low, then rest for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer to a bowl, add salt and rice vinegar, stir and let cool.

  • Tuny® Yellowfin Tuna Loin in Water
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 avocado
  • Low-fat cream cheese
  • Thinly slice cucumbers.
  • Drain the Tuny® Yellowfin Tuna Loin in Water and set aside.
  • Dice the avocado.

  • On plastic wrap, place cucumber slices, spread a thin layer of cream cheese.
  • Add a layer of rice, then tuna, then a piece of avocado.
  • Wrap the plastic into a tight bundle to shape it into a ball.
  • Unwrap and serve.

For 4 people: For the rice 400 g sushi rice, 440 ml of water, 60 ml rice vinegar.
