Drain the three cans of Tuny® Yellowfin Tuna Flakes in water and oil, set aside.
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté all ingredients. Once golden, add the achiote.
Then, add the tuna.
Lay out the crepe and place two tablespoons of filling inside, then fold in the desired shape.
