Drain the Tuny® Jumbo Tuna in Water and set aside.
In a pan, sauté the onion and carrot until golden.
Add 1 tbsp tomato sauce and the tuna; cook for 2 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and begin assembling the hearts
Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut shapes from each dough disc.
With a small spoon, place the tuna filling on one heart-shaped piece. Spread evenly with a spatula and cover with another heart.
Moisten your hands and press the edges to seal.
Use a fork to reinforce the seal. Brush with beaten egg and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes.
