Ingredientes:

2 pocuhes Light Tuna in soybean oil Tuny® (2.6 oz each), 3 chopped celery sticks, ⅓ chopped red onion, 3 Tbsp chopped chives, 2 Tbsp chopped dill, ½ cup chopped cilantro, 3 Tbsp Dijon mustard, ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp honey, 2 oz (60 g) cream cheese, ½ small can of sliced pickled jalapeños, chopped (reserve the juice), 2 Tbsp lime juice, 3.5 oz (100 g) Cheddar cheese and 3.5 oz (100 g) Manchego cheese, 8 slices of artisanal bread, Sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper (to taste), Jalapeños (to taste)

Modo de preparación:

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a bowl, add the tuna, celery, onion, chives, chopped jalapeños along with a little of their reserved liquid, cilantro, mayonnaise, mustard, cream cheese, honey, and lime juice. Season with garlic powder, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix very well until all ingredients are integrated.
  2. Assemble the Sandwich: Spread a small amount of butter on only one side of each bread slice. On the side without butter, add a bit of the tuna mixture. Top with the cheese, such as a mix of Cheddar and Manchego, or a cheese of your choice.
  3. Close: Close the sandwich, ensuring the buttered sides face outward.
  4. Cook: Brown the sandwich on both sides in a skillet over medium-low heat with a little olive oil.
